1/6/2017: How fun is this Kentucky team, and Thursday night in review

In this edition, I chat with Kyle Tucker from over at SECCountry.com about just how fun this Kentucky basketball team is to cover on a day-to-day basis. We chat about the team’s uptempo nature, the unsung hero that Isaiah Briscoe, the potential weakness of the team, as well as the excellence of Malik Monk.

Then, I chat with Terrence Payne about the night in college basketball on Thursday from Pauley Pavilion, where I saw UCLA beat Cal 81-71. We chat about that game, Ivan Rabb vs. T.J. Leaf, Purdue beating Ohio State, Minnesota and Nebraska’s surprising Big Ten starts, and close with a few thoughts on Villanova’s loss to Butler and Justin Patton’s awesomeness.
